🔠 Always set term label from `{term}`

Fixes https://github.com/jupyter-book/mystmd/issues/2338 by always setting the children of the crossReference, solving the problem of mis-matched capitalisation.

I'm not sure if there are any drawbacks to this approach — any objections welcome.
