documentation: better describe if/how execution modes are mutually exclusive

there are 2 execution modes available:

• at build-time using myst --execute
• at read-time using a jupyterlite - or binder - kernel

as far as I can tell using the former removes the ability to use the latter
if that's the case this could be better described in the documentation
