How to migrate \pu{} (physics latex pcakge) to jupyterbook 2.

I use the physics latex package extensively in my Jupyter book. When migrating to Juypter book 2, they are not recognised.

Undefined control sequence: \pu at position 1: \̲p̲u̲{43 ms-1} (Error on the console)
