Expand sources for implicit thumbnails

If a project does not have an explicit thumbnail, MyST will pull the first static image from the first page of the project.

However, it does not use:

• gifs
• jupyter notebook outputs
• explicit banner image

Adding any/all of these to the implicit thumbnail logic will increase the likelihood that a MyST project will include a relevant thumbnail.
