Fix the cross validation GenerateFoldIds function bug

Hi. In my opinion, the orginal version is not exactly cross validation in some cases. e.g. 44 pos samples and 56 neg samples. 100 samples in total. The last fold will contain 94 in training and 6 in testing.

Great algorithms though. Thanks for sharing.
