Following the completion of the hardlink support and the setup script, I need to publish this.

I haven't really been satisfied with how I originally implemented this module, so I've been working on a full rewrite in my free time. (which you can view on the restart branch. Since the new API isn't fully compatible with the original module, I wasn't planning on publishing until I finished that.

I haven't had much free time lately, though, having started a new job last week, so if I can't find time in the next 2 weeks to work on this, I'll just go ahead and publish the original module.

@juntalis Currently your project seems to be the only one going in the direction of full link support on Windows for Python. Looks like it's not high on your priority list, which I can understand. Just wanted to give you a heads up, that there are people interested in such a library and your work :)
