The number of snapshots on the IC was increased to 10

Motivation

The IC now allows 10 stapshots instead of just 1.

Snapshots are relatively expensive and so far, no one really asked for increasing the number of available snapshots. One has a backup on upgrade is useful. Moreover soon it will be possible to download and upload snapshots (#1907). Therefore, extendid to 10 feels like not worth the effort and I'm putting this on hold. If anyone ever need it we can proceed but, otherwise, no need.
