Refresh/reload option for authentication

Motivation

Currently, there is no refresh call to action on the list of users in the Authentication section. This is inconvenient, as the only way to reload the list is by leaving the page and reopening it.

What to Do

Add a refresh/reload function to the Authentication page.

The call to action should be placed in a "More options" popover, following a similar UI/UX pattern as the actions on the Functions page.
