Improvement of a documentation

Hello. It took me a couple of hours to figure out why this plugin "was not working" It was really working but in not very clear way.

1. I have settings to change line endings into LF
2. I have file with CRLF in it
3. I have confirmation enabled
4. I make changes and press save
5. Confirmation dialog asks me if I want to change, I press OK
6. And it does not change line endings, so I still have file with CRLFs
7. Only later when I make another change and press save it performs actual line ending changes (without confirmation dialog this time)

So I turned confirmation dialog off, but at first I thought that plugin did not work.
