It is a raise condition, each test writes a .coverage file and they all get run in the same directory, so we should run each test in a separate directory.
How did you fix it?
Did you change anything? As it is a raise condition it might not show up every run.
What is lammps using?
:+1: Running uncrustify on the code won't hurt as well.

` libhdf5-103` is the serial version, which was found already, I think `libhdf5-openmpi-dev` is missing here.
And it does not necessarily need to be version 103 any recent hdf5 version will do.

Sounds good. They aren't integrated in CMake though.
