BTags doesn't use g:fzf_tags_command

Configuring g:fzf_tags_command doesn't seem to have an effect on BTags. It does however work with Tags. It would be nice (and consistent) if that option worked with both BTags and Tags.

Just had the same issue on FreeBSD with neovim and the latest version of FZF, I got uctags installed but BTags is not respecting the my g:fzf_tag_command.
