Feature request: Options GUI from CLI

This would be really handy as part of the OS theme management, to be able to do something like "rox --options" to bring up the "Options..." GUI.

Currently have to right-click on a icon and choose "ROX-Filer -> Options...".

I see that there is a RPC to set and read options (https://github.com/jun7/rox-filer/commit/d9dcb5b14301308facad41bc072f264b79346385) but I would love it if can have the full Options GUI.
