Customize naming pattern

Rmd filenames may be more verbose than desired for chunk labels. It would be nice to be able to specify a regex for extracting labels from filenames. For instance, for rmarkdown websites, files are named with preceding numbers to specify rendering order. I would like to omit these from lables to shorten them somewhat.
