You added https://github.com/jump-dev/Convex.jl/issues/557 to the milestone for v0.16.0, should we remove it from the milestone ?

https://github.com/jump-dev/Convex.jl/pull/604 discussed a last remaining plan but it depends on how hard https://github.com/jump-dev/Convex.jl/issues/603 is to fix
