Have an option to have a dev env just for apps

It would be nice to be able to use this setup for app dev.

I hope I'll find some time to contribute this.

How would that be different? I think even for just developing apps it is really helpful to be able to pull latest server master.

But if you have detailed suggestions on how to make it easier if you are just developing an app, let me know. I'd be happy to improve here.

@pierreozoux FYI there was some effort to make the container able to work standalone so that you could just develop an app with it in #92

Any feedback on that is welcome :)
