issue to hide the file folder

Hi, Currently running nextcloud 15.0.5 with app order. the issue is that im trying to hide the file folder which im using nextcloud as the frontend of my email server so no need to appear the file folder. i installed the plugin and on additional settings i uncheck the file folder. which then on the user which had admin it disables it, but for the other users it keeps appearing. i then log on the user and go to their settings and i see the file folder uncheck so im not sure why it keeps showing?

There are two separate settings, one global one and one per user. You probable have just set the per user setting.

Thanks for the reply, as i dont see the option as your interface and as for all users this is what i have check marked Thank you see picture

the above picture is the admin disabling the folder for everyone then i go to a normal users check their settings and i see it unchecked but the folder icon is there any ideas? see picture Screenshot at 2019-04-17 11-45-51

OK, I was able to reproduce the issue thanks to @killmasta93 it seems to only happen if no order is returned by backend.

Thanks for the reply, not sure what do you mean only happen if no order is returned by backend. is there a workaround temporary?
