The changelog file at https://github.com/juliushaertl/apporder/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md only has one entry for 0.4.0, a new version is now out at 0.6.0 without updates.

It would also be useful to link it from the app page details at https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/apporder .

Thanks for your report. The last versions were just to make the app compatible with new Nextcloud version. I'll make sure to provide a proper changelog in the next release, so it is displayed in the app store as well.
