Make 'styles' pop-up consistent with tldraw

Currently the Styles pop-up opens on the side while on https://www.tldraw.com/, it's shown directly under the label.

Make this plugin's Styles pop-up behave in the same way.

via Discord: Fix: provide a container to the radix drop-down component, so that it positions based on that rather than the document body. Unsure if API exists in this version of tldraw (I'm using 1.24.5)
