How to use Julius Japanese Dictation-kit real time in Java web client.

I want to use "Julius Japanese Dictation-kit" in my Java website to recognition user voice (real time). But, I don't know how to do it. I'm trying to use input with adinet, but I can't get audio input stream from my web client without using adintool.exe. There's any tutorial for me? Please! I’m really grateful for your help.
