Additional options under "Settings" ---> "Calendar Indicator"

Hi there,

Can you please add 2 more items under "Change date format" in the "Settings" named "Date Menu: Day" and "Date Menu: Date". Both items will have a field that can be filled with the same "Date/Time Format Codes" and will modify the day and date areas, respectively, in the Date Menu. In other words, can you please integrate the "Datetime Format" extenstion into your extension (since you already integrate part of it, you know)
