Is it possible to highlight the current cell?

Unfortunately, not currently. But I think this should be doable and would be a nice improvement. Do you want to give it a shot ?

@julienr I would not know where to start (pycharm is new to me).

Something else that seems to be missing: an option to run the entire file (instead of only a single block). There is Shift+F10 (Run), but it immediatly stops the process instead of allowing for interactive work.
