We can now close this ticket, as the feature is now implemented in main branch, with refactoring of animation export code

@fire Thanks, I will have a look soon. Another solution is to implement flatten tree, as we did for armatures (See #1683)

Closing this ticket, as we now have an option to export flatten tree (all object at root of scene), avoiding this issue

Hello, This is now fixed in current main branch, after animation refactor 64e3532f48ebdf878a1c9b81ade6d1a19c8ff890

Note that Yup turned off should be used only for debuging purpose, as it generate glTF files that are not 100% compatible with specification, as glTF files must be Yup....
