Questionnaire doesn't show the title of the scale

Hi,

There are some issues on my side about the genericscales plugin. As you can see on the image attached, each item only shows : the label, the limits, the value, but not the title of the item.

Furthermore, I would suggest hiding the value of the item to the participant. Is there a way to do that ?
