"Unknown Twitter API error".

I am receiving "Unknown Twitter API error" when clicking sign in with twitter. I have checked that the http://xx.xx.xx.xx/circular/api/oauth.php is added as a callback url. I have listed http://xx.xx.xx.xx/circular/ as the website in my app.

In the config file, I have listed htttp://xx.xx.xx.xx/circular/ as the app url.

Also, it is currently showing infinite posts in the queue now.

Please help. Also, is circular.io down right now?
