Add a setting to change to 24h time.

This issue is the main reason why I do not use Buffer App. It is quite hard for those, who are not used to AMs and PMs to figure out the right time.

Maybe not common, but quite useful and simple improvement. I'd really liked that someone weight in on this.

I prefer a 24 hour clock, but it isn't a deal breaker. The only reason I don't use circular is because I have to log in far to frequently for it to be painless.
