Future plans for more social networks

Are there any plans to add more social networks to post to (Facebook/Linkedin).

Or how difficult would it be to add in this functionality? Have you any pointers about where to start?

For me integration with facebook would be awesome. Google plus is not that necessary. But +1 for more networks!

I'm interested in support for pump.io and StatusNet/GNU social (shouldn't be that difficult since it uses Twitter's 1.0 API).

Worth mentioning, the Diaspora* project is making huge inroads to implementing an API. Some relevant posts:

• OpenID Authentication Flow Progress
• Commenting via API
• Creating a status via cURL

Once it's implemented, it would not necessarily be hard to support composing and scheduling statuses.
