RFE: option to increase disappearance delay

At this time, the tooltip disappears very quickly after the mouse moves away from the link, which means that I have to keep my mouse hand very still while reading URLs :-). An option to increase the disappearance delay would be helpful, e.g. so that the tooltip remains visible for longer (e.g. 2 seconds), even if the mouse is no longer over the link.

(An added alternative may be if the tooltip can remain visible forever, until the user clicks anywhere on the page.)
