Font weight parameter not working

Hello there,

when using the font weight parameter in TextStyleSpec it appears to do nothing. Regarding to the original issue on https://github.com/google/charts/issues/351 this appeared to be fixed in the fork from @darkstarx - any possibility to merge the fix into that repository?
