Add notes to an entry in a meal plan

Describe the solution you'd like Have the ability to add a note to an entry in the meal plan. This also includes being able to add, edit, or delete a note to any existing entry. Not sure how best to view the note; because they may be large. Perhaps a simple icon to indicate the presence of a note which is only visible when you "open" the entry.
