Need Swipe Navigation

This is a responsive slider so the touch devices need to more comfortable for sliding interaction, would you please add gestural touch for touch devices?

@mlumbroso Thank you. Lately I had nearly no time to work on it, but there's a project on the way where I will need missing features anyways. So chances are good that I will continue maybe even this weekend. Due to the fact that most core features are done, I expect a stable beta version in mid/late April. (maybe even earlier) Check the repo next week and you will probably find new features in the 2.0.0 branch.

PS: Comments like this bring back the motivation. ;)
