How to get the inspect GUI interface?

In https://github.com/juliangarnier/anime/wiki/What's-new-in-Anime.js-V4#-gui, the inspect GUI interface is mentioned. But I looked through all the documents and didn't find the usage of the inspect GUI interface? Is this part paid content? How can I get it? gsap also has GSDevTools, which makes animation very convenient, so I want to know how to get the inspect GUI interface?
