Adding support for users/me

I put together a quick addition to add users/me endpoint. Seems like theres some things in progress in terms of the response code. I was unsure what made sense in terms of name spacing and that kind of thing so don't think this is ready to merge necessarily but it does work and returns you a User object.

Hey @ishields ! Thanks for the PR, Ian. This is definitely helpful and I think a lot of users will find value from this endpoint. The code looks good, I'll try out your branch when I'm (soon hopefully!) and I'll merge it when I'm done. Thanks for your super support on the gem all these while! Take care :D

@julianfssen I've upmerged this and added support for two additional properties returned by the user endpoint. Would love to finally get this merged.
