who generated luna16_train_cubes_manual?

Hi Julian, who created the csv files in resources/luna16_train_cubes_manual? What is the reason to create this data? Sorry I have read your blog, but I still can't understand it.

There is a catch in the LUNA data. Nodules (masses) bigger than 3cm are not annotated. Since the NDSB date contained very big masses I thought to manually annotate the >3 masses to prepare the model better for what is to come in NDSB.
