Simplified blocking UI

The new UI should offer you the option to select the categories of the stevenblack host file, and then toggle the correct host file in the list of host file. The advanced button gets you back to the standard hosts file entry.

Those it should provide toggles for each category, and the "Ads and Malware" toggle should disable the other toggles when it is disabled.

Is it possible to block complete network access not just ad servers? Ya thats sounds like firewall but nobody want any app that is not network dependent (browser,msg apps) to access n/w.
