actually, your code is Keras version 1.

So I want to share what I fix your code.

This is Keras version 2.

Can I post your source code that I changed to 'Keras version2'?

@jangjichang Hi Jiangjichang, I'm working on the project too. This project uses keras1 and also have some libs that is out of date. I have also met the same problem as you, but I turn to Keras1.0.2 to solve it. That's also works, but I still met some other trouble with the tensorflow version. Can you share your environment config?
