REPL starts in the old environment, not the new one

I opened the folder TestT3FF.jl. Then I switched the environment to FinEtools. Then I stopped the REPL. Finally I started a new REPL. This new REPL still runs in the old environment: image

How do I debug this? Is the new env recorded in some env variable?
