[Feature Proposal] Hoogle like search page by LS

Maybe we can have a special run mode of the LS, that started from cmd line and providing an http doc query page wrapping julia/getDocFromWord? It reminds me of Hoogle and that's really nice but for Haskell.

Then all registered Julia packages may be doc-queried like that with Hoogle?
