Updated sq_tools.py for KG18 support

I only updated sq_tools.py as I dont really deal much with changing key generations on things. So none of the batch files were updated. I may do this at a later date when I have time. I previously updated this to 17.0.1 a while back and didn't have any issues. I use it mainly for batch compression and verification. These changes should help with that.
