Feature request: standalone mode

The agents-api doesn't need any of the docker stuff if using the OpenAI models and embeddings So lets make it so that if using OpenAI and local cozo then you can just do julep-api standalone and it starts the server

We would need to publish the agents-api as a separate pip package with a simple CLI
