Can not reproduce. Probably some step is missing. Tried to create new folder "x", F2, "y" -> works.
@acarstoiu please describe all the exact steps to reproduce the issue otherwise the issue will be closed.
@gerrit-hohl can you add a screenshot / sketch please?
This PR introduced several new warnings in the workspace. can you please fix them? 
especially mandatory fields are disruptive if they won't matter or can not be answered

I would like to hear a proposal that improves issue quality while maintaining the freedom of choice at least for committers.
