Loading Screen Tips

One of the best and least annoying ways to inform new players about important aspects of the game are gameplay tips on the loading screens.

The only one I can remember right now is "boost is really important", although obviously that needs rephrased. Anyway, obviously, more will be needed than that. Ideas for them should probably go here for easy reference.

Two ideas:

• In time trial, you can start boosting before the track starts.
• Boosting doesn't just increase your maximum speed, it also helps you change direction much faster. Boost often!

I think this is dependent on #233 because actually showing users input glyphs in tips would be a huge benefit
