Updating mongodb-cluster to point at a new (temporary) repo

Note: the new repo is the same as the old one, except for one new commit which should probably be reviewed: 437400fb462e636e9174e28ac2872296d9d29e86

Note: I'm not part of the juju team; I've primarily created this pull request to get visibility regarding this interface layer so that appropriate action can be taken regarding its maintenance going forward, whatever that may be.
