First run is very slow

After running sudo snap install charm, the first time you run charm it appears to hang for a considerable amount of time. Subsequent runs do not have this delay.

I imagine this is loading/generating some help documentation but if that's the case it should indicate as such to the user so that it doesn't appear broken.
