Header file for Graph.ui fails to generate on CMake 2.8.12

When enabling the Qt dialogs for kNet (USE_QT), using Qt 4.8.5 and CMake version 2.8.12.1 on Windows, the header file for the UI file Graph.ui is not generated and as a consequence kNet build fails.

The other UI header files are generated properly.
