Default MIDI Track with an audio effect does not initialize properly

If your default midi track has an audio effect on it, then the MPE tracks don't initialize properly because the script cannot change the MIDI sends.

Deleting the audio effect on each track is a workaround.

Low priority bug, changing default midi track to be empty is an easy long term fix.
