Can't connect to my server

I just followed this tutorial, and when tried to connect to my server (using 192.168.43.222:5000), and I get this from the sever (not a message from the browser): Not Found The requested URL was not found on the server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

What should I do?

Oh yeah, NXBT is an app that does work and is basically just this but without video streaming.
