The segmentation result exported as tiff or h5+xml does not maintain the image calibration

To reproduce: • Open samples > Confocal Series (Image Properties shows pixel size = 0.054 cube) • Labkit > Open Current Image • Draw some background and some foreground, then train and segment • Save Segmentation Result as Tiff / HDF5 > Save as HDF5 + XML • The xml contains <voxelSize> pixel 1.0 1.0 1.0 voxelSize>
