Tachograph version 4.0 and 4.1

Hi,

I've been trying to extend the compatibility of the project to tachograph versions 4.0 and 4.1 which serve a "Generation 2" of tachograph files and I have gotten some good progress based on this document: https://unece.org/DAM/trans/doc/2019/sc1/ECE-TRANS-SC1-GE21-INF-JUNE-2019-2e.-Rev.pdf

I've implemented TREP 21 (new "TransferDataOverview") and half of TREP 22 (new "TransferDataActivities") and now i'm stuck with VuActivityDailyRecordArray ... i just doesn't fit the expected values and I can't find the error.

Is there anyone still active in this repo? maybe I can commit to a branch and someone can jump in to help? @rimutaka @diogocp @davispuh @jugglingcats

@wstoettinger this project is very interesting for me as well. Did you make any progress or need any support?
