Support Climbing Permits

I'm not sure if you'd even consider this in scope for this tool, but it would be amazing if it could also scan for climbing permits such as Mt. Whitney (https://www.recreation.gov/permits/233260) or Mt. Adams (https://www.recreation.gov/permits/4675309)

Hey @alexblanck - It's definitely on my radar. There's also a preexisting discussion surrounding permits here: https://github.com/juftin/camply/discussions/22

Currently the big obstacle to implementing this is finding a standardized way to request permit availabilities - hopefully soon I'll have some progress on this. Thank you very much for the suggestion!
