Chung Dataset
I am trying to reproduce the presented results using the Chung dataset (or any other dataset mentioned) and I couldn't seem to find them anywhere. Is there a chance you could make them available?
After careful evaluation, we decided not to release these datasets we preprocessed. Most of the curated data is from S3 paper https://www.nature.com/articles/nmeth.4236 You can also refer to the Data Availability section in the paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-021-22197-x#data-availability
I also want to reproduce your great experiments but it's really hard to find any datasets(Chung, Klein ...)
I check above two links to find processed data or 'T2000_expression.txt' file which you mentioned in 'reproducibility.md' In ncbi sites, only AD contains csv file...

Have you figured out how to process Klein or Zeisel or other datasets from ncbi? I'm also working on it, please let me know if you success! Thanks!
